    This seminar is designed to help gifted lay people to become pastoral care helpers with confidence to minister to those in difficulty, struggle, anguish, or grief. The instruction includes a model of helping that covers most of life’s heartache and misery, leading people out of darkness to the Light of Jesus. Included is recognition of when to refer to professional help and what to do when facing such things as abuse and suicide.

    • Recommended for all ministry staff and leadership

    • Assessment includes: Overview, Communication, Conflict Management, Shared Meaning, and Romance. A Score Card is given to the couple and pastor designated to staff evaluation.

  • The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals, couples, and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
